I just hope people also take note of where this happened, since Jim Cummings tends to skate by in public perception on goodwill for various Disney and video game roles, despite being probably slightly farther right (and very open about it) than James Woods, not what you’d hope from the Winnie the Pooh guy.

I really hate this narrative that the Marvel TV Shows have been a failure. Aside from Secret Invasion I thought all the other shows were well received for the most part.

They should just focus on doing Young Avengers story they've been teasing. Yelena, Kate and Kamala have regularly been said to be the best thing Marvel did after Endgame. Flesh out Riri a bit, and add Sam Wilson as their mentor/leader, and you got a cast. 

I like that it’s lower stakes too. With either baddie, you don’t get the feeling that the entire MCU/multiverse is at risk, unlike someone that devours entire planets. 

I mean, if a character has the ability to instantaneously change their body at will, I feel like it would be stranger for them NOT to be non-binary.

Two differences. What Prime has had included a “skip” button for ads for other things showing on Prime Video. These ads are reported to be pretty much the same kind of thing you find on other platforms.

This isn’t surprising.  I remember this type of change being discussed all the way back when the Netflix adaptation was announced.  Makes sense when actors aging between seasons needs to be taken into account and it doesn’t really change the story THAT much.  In fact, it could give it more breathing room.

thats ny feeling. it was just long enough for me. do i feel.the ending could have been done better? sure but I am happy with what we got.

IIRC it was in fact structured as a six-episode series and got cut to five pretty late in the process. See also Maya going from being pretty selfish to self-sacrificing fairly quickly.

I feel like a lot of Echo was left on the cutting room floor, but probably not to its detriment. It worked really well (if imperfectly) as a very short, nimble series that didn’t overstay its welcome by 3-4 episodes. 

Bonus like #1: Her costume was pretty cool.

Really surprised to see the negativity here Mandolorian was one of the new Star Wars things almost universally praised especially the 1st season. Not sure why everyone is so down on it think they could make a great movie and the shorter story format hopefully keeps it tight and action packed! Personally I'm excited!
