What if it’s fewer quirks but more features?

EAG in Texas has been developing a swap, but they don’t have a running prototype yet. They have converted around 70 Ferrari F430/360s using their own kit. There is demand there since the price difference between the 430 F1 and Manual is about double. Add in the fact that the F1 system in those cars is unreliable and…
Manual transmission. I cant drive an automatic transmission equipped vehicle. It doesn’t work for me. I’ve tried. I’ve failed. I’ve accepted my shortcoming. I need a manual car.
Exactly, if its not broke, dont fix it. I remember in the mid 00s people complaining about the NSX being the same car since 1990. Now people complain that they cant have a car like the original NSX.
They were all 6 speeds.
Yes, a slower corvette with a nicer interior that I can drive without wearing a tommy bahama shirt.
It needs a targa, and a manual option, and 10 fewer fake vents.
Excuse me sir, did you find your BMW in a bathtub full of ice? Because it needs a kidney transplant badly.
I give her credit for the effort, but she’s still more attractive.
First the Supra out fake grilles the Civic, Now the M3/4 out uglies it. BMW really trying to take down Honda.
This is a $15,000 truck with a $100,000 restoration job, if you think you can build one cheaper go ahead.
You’re right about the ground clearance, that was an issue once the car bottomed out in the snow, but that really was never an issue. I just stayed home if we got a foot of snow, roads are cleared pretty quickly here. If we every got I guess if I was in a much more rural area that would be more of an issue.
You know that one day every 3 or 4 years where you see a half a dozen snow flakes with a little bit of ice, and it takes people 15 hours to get home from work? Meanwhile it makes national news and everyone laughs at you. That’s winter, up north we have 4 months of it and we deal with it like a normal occurrence.
Yes it is worth it. I dont know anyone who has gone with winter tires and said it wasnt worth it.
I agree, as far as high risk activities, going to costco during the holidays while a pandemic is hitting record levels, probably ranks somewhere between diving with great white sharks and wearing a MAGA hat in Portland.
I havent flown, but from the people I’ve talked to people that have, they basically said the feel 10x more unsafe in a Costco than any part airplane or airport.

Im cool with integrated touch screens. As long as my climate control isnt in there. What I hate are these tablets that look like an ipad poorly mounted on the dash. And yes, I need a CD player.
In no particular order:
1) not always a cheap option, on a Focus ST, it was part of a $5k option package. You got a lot of stuff for that but you couldnt get it as a stand alone.
