They should stop by Munich on their way out.

To each their own I guess, I cant fathom how a 2020 Civic goes for over 40 grand.
And Doug will end up driving it 10k miles and sell it for about what he bought it for vs lose $50k for putting miles on a no mile car.
Because 99.9% of them have been modified, trashed by a teen, wrecked, abused, and have 200k miles on them. Dude paid for the only nice one other there. It was an auction, so at least 2 people thought it was worth that. BAT also sold 2 for under $15k this year in nice shape with a good chunk of miles. That’s the type…
People are all worked up because pristine condition cars with no miles sell for significantly more on BAT than high mile shit boxes on marketplace. I think by over spend they mean which car would you spend much more on to find one in perfect condition.
Sorry, the answer is none. All of these cars people “over spend” on are pristine condition no mile cars. I understand why people do it and it’s reflective of what people pay for a collector quality car. But I don’t want that. I’m not a collector, I drive my cars. Give me something with miles but a proper service…
This is car I want to underspend on. I’d rather have the cheap one with miles in the low 200s vs the no miles example in the 300s. Why pay more for no miles, unless you aren’t going to drive it? That way you can drive the shit out of it and not lose 100k.
$10k difference isn’t that much. The difference between a pristine Integra R (like the BAT one everyone is losing their mind over) and a beat to shit example is $50k.
Gridlock traffic sucks regardless of your transmission. Automatics suck regardless of traffic.
Here is the problem, the demo for buys a manual, is the same as buys used to take advantage of depreciation. Then used manual cars cost more because the supply and demand is skewed. Look at literally any enthusiast car, the used manual is always more.
I said the same thing a year ago, then I bought a Focus ST with apple car play, and I now need that for life. But that’s really all I need - a manual and car play. I can do without all the other useless tech stuff on my wife’s suv, blind spot, lane keep 360 cameras.
I only buy cars that are only offered in manual, and I currently own 3 of them. It is more fun to drive, and you cant actually feel the tenths of a second that the stopwatch can detect.
He had a good shot at Indy his first attempt. He was on a top tier team. Then McLaren pissed off Honda, and the only decent team running chevy engines is Penske, so they really didn’t have an option for competitive car for him.
He wants to win the 500, he doesn’t care about the rest of the schedule, neither does anyone else.
I would rather see him win at Indy and complete the triple crown, than fight for the occasional podium in F1.
There is no consistency with Ferrari naming conventions. Take the rear engine V8 model which has had a direct successor since the 70s.
Ferrari has been doing this for a while. The Brunei Royal Family bought a bunch in the 90s. Here is one Eric Claption commissioned in 2012.
Get paid $50k to drink nothing but watered down beer for 6 months. No thanks.
I remember a time when 3,750 was CP for a 924.
Hendrick hasnt announced who will replace Johnson. Id guess it will be an established driver that can bring some sponsorship, he already has 2 project drivers that aren’t as easy to bring in money. Bubba seems to be the best fit out of the available drivers, unless something is happening behind the scenes and Hendrick…
