Aston is making the Vulcan (track only), Ferrari is making the FXXK (track only), Bentley is making some crazy concept the name of which I have forgotten, but track only. Mclaren is making the P1 GTR (track only).

Hey! USF1 made some lovely toasters. F1 cars, not so much

Theres a tower outside Molecombe for photographers, its where I have been when the 767b and this crashed. Missed the Lamborghini, Jag and caught the start of the NASCAR truck but nothing more. Its the place to be for cars having a whoopsie.

And he’s brought the P4-5 too. Its in the Style de Luxe part of the show, which there should be some pics coming up of over the weekend. I certainly shot that section of the festival

That whole rear clam comes off as 1 piece. I tried to get a picture but the crew were working on it so couldnt get a clear shot. Such a cool car, I cant wait to see it go up the hill tomorrow.

Its on a rotating stand, so I had to stand there and wait for it to rotate to the right spot like 3 times. Worth it though.

Personally, either the M8F or the 917-30 but I have a thing for Can Am.

The FXX and the other XX program cars are all being run by Corse Clienti (the guys who run the program) so I guess this event is ok for them to run at.

Oh no, I haven't, i'll check it out. I was under the impression Tesla had put their eggs in the Supercharger basket, but i don't doubt you. Thats really promising then.

I think first 1 or 2 seasons it will be fine, well, it will run all 10 rounds.

TV wise, its on Fox Sports in the US, ITV in the UK, and basically has some tv coverage in pretty much every country,

Hopefully when the next season starts, someone will step up to the plate with their own design. Thats my biggest disappointment at the moment. Drayson Racing have withdrawn to be replaced by Trulli. Drayson have experience building electric cars, so would have been brilliant to see their own take on a car.
