That was a PR stunt, he made it up with a lil stock maneuver. 

There stock is down to 43 bucks right now, it’s dropped prob 30-35% this last year...if we can get a big enough bloodbath to get it down to sub 30, he’ll maybe even 25-ish (20 is a dream)....I’ll gobble up a big cache of it.  I think they can right the ship after all this.
