I've seen a lot of headlights on custom Beetles over the years, but these are just WEIRD.
First off, dual tail pipes on cars that aren't cool, or even need it. Also, when I say dual, i mean one on either side of the car, not two together, that's ok. Prime example:
Chrome trunk lid garnishes. They serve no purpose other than just being shiny.
Also fake rear air diffusers.
Exhaust pipes that are physically smaller than the tips that are put on them
I swear I've seen this already in Chicago suburbs. There's a blue light above the signal pole that starts flashing when an emergency vehicle with l/s on approaches. Then the signal changes in their favor. I've seen it at least half a dozen times which is why I say this.
