I think the piston rings on these ones are fried and they may need a new Motec Systems exhaust.

I assume the plan is to keep deferring them until inflation makes a $10K balance seem like nothing.

He should really get that 340i. It’s got a warranty and will last a long time, it’s understated but fun to drive, and it’s also aged really well and should still look great in 7-10 years.

I’ve never heard any car advice where the speaker wasn’t aware that I could hear them. This seems a fairly niche question, TBH.
