I feel that going forward, this type of condo will be less desirable. It’s like an apartment without a washer/dryer. You would definitely charge less rent for a place like that.

And its perfectly fine not buying an EV!
Its gross, too many people can’t control their impulses. By shopping around and doing my own research I was able to knock my payments down to $979 over 84 months.
Too true about kids. Raising 2 kids in The OC (socal) and taking into account a combination of private school tuition for one plus all the enrichment/sports/dance classes for both, we pay at least $2,800 per month over the course of any given year. Dual income couples making 6 figures each who forego children can…
Average is trash. I need min/max/avg/median/95percentile or gtfo.
Ooo. Taycan. That’s sweet. I’m officially jealous. Lol. Range Rover.... ehh.. not my style. Lol. Enjoy them!
What kind of cars you driving with $1,400 and $1,700 payments? Not judging, I just want to know so that I can vicariously live through it.
2nd Gear: Fucking love it when industry wide stocks take a hit for providing an adequate supply of their products to their customers.
This completely proves my point though - that first paragraph could be applied to basically every new enthusiast-oriented car made in the last 15 years, as the comment section on this site always loves to point out with arguments like:
I bought one as an early birthday present to myself in May 2019 (GT1 AWD in Ceramic Silver). I never regretted getting it, enjoying the combination of performance and practicality. Heck, the latter was what justified me getting something that can haul things like a small SUV when I needed it. I’ve literally carried a…
I leased one for two years for an incredibly fair price pre-pandemic. Had the base GT AWD and it was a ton of fun - though had a ton of compromises with my two children in car seats in the back. Ultimately, I decided to get a truck to replace it because I really do use the utility frequently. It had a few faults that…
The only fake vents are the ones on the hood and the ones behind the rear wheels, the rest are real.
I’m in the minority I know, but I do not consider loudness to necessarily be a desirable thing. I realize that louder typically equates to “freer flowing” which equates to more power, but if I could have more power without the noise in an ICE, I’d take it 10 times over 10.
All the more reason to get the manual. I prefer the exhaust only be as loud as necessary for the performance I want. Any louder is just stupid and obnoxious. Every time I hear dickheads drive by loud as hell but just flowing with traffic I just think to myself, “It’s that wooooWOOOOOO”
I think 5% of the people whining for row your own Supras is way too optimistic. I think that a lot of the “I’m not buy a slushbox Supra guys are:
Toyota had a big hand in the engine development. The B58 largely exists because Toyota said the N55 was too unreliable to have a Toyota badge, so they made several significant engineering changes to it to create the B58. The chassis tuning is quite different as well. It is pretty ignorant to say that Toyota just took…
In this current market where a sticker price deal is often the best-case scenario,
I don’t know why people are so concerned with depreciation. A car isn’t an investment, especially a sports car. Unless you’re planning to buy it and store it in a barn for 50 years, enjoy what you buy or don’t buy it.
Depreciation will be worse for this one. The NP/ND this morning was a GT with the 6 cylinder. This a a GT-line which despite what Raphael Orlove constantly types is not a GT and has a 4 cylinder.
Remember when the Stinger was announced and all the Jalops were planning to buy hugely depreciated used Stingers? Thanks Covid... : /
