That is a baby tapir. Believe it or not, they are born with spots and stripes to help them hide in the forest’s undergrowth. Once they are older and able to fend for themselves they loose that coat and their adult coat (solid color) emerges. (I work at a zoo, we have lots of tapris, and they are extremely cute)
