That was one of my big takeaways as well, I’m surprised they actually included the budget number in the article.

Jez used to be really bad at going after female celebs like Lindsay Lohan for no reason other then pure cattiness and it seems like that mentality is still there somewhat.

There are many reasons I am not rich, but I can confirm if someone offered me $6 million to do my job I would absolutely take it. I would like to think I’d do many charitable things with a large chunk of that money, but I would not turn down $6 million. I am just being honest here.

It’s one of those ideas that sounds brilliant at a 3 a.m. drunken bull session but normal people wake up and go wait, YouTube. Hell, even they’ve moved from chunks of stuff to the full monty--I remember watching MST3K on there and that transition. Nobody missed the old way of doing things.

Yeah I don't blame Megyn Kelly for her huge pay day at NBC, that's on NBC for being stupid. I do blame Megyn Kelly for countless other things though.

And don’t forget dragging her for her call to vote, because voting is the worst thing ever.

To me it sounds more like “one of the founders gave his wife a $6M contract to do voice overs for glorified YouTube videos and surprise, they’re short on cash!”

Yeah, the headline is fucked and makes it sound like they’re blaming her people getting fired. And I hate that they’re making me defend Reese Witherspoon. Jez seems to have a hard on for her, they also went at her for the dress giveaway contest, just because people didn’t realise it was a contest and that not everyone

Gen-Xer here, so I’m quickly turning into an Old Person(tm), but:

The app’s co-founder Jeffrey Katzenberg told the New York Times in May that the coronavirus is to blame.

It’s because Bernie is no longer the candidate. Now that Vermont Jesus isn’t an option, not voting is the only option for the writers here.

I live in one of those states - in the largest city in the state, not like some podunk rural town that has 3 fast food restaurants and a Walmart and nothing else. I’ve never even heard of MOD until this article.

It’s okay. As others have stated it’s basically Chipotle, but with pizzas. They also do pretty decent salads (same Chipotle concept). Their food is tasty but I also think it’s too expensive for the fast casual experience. For our family 4 pizzas and a couple sodas ends up costing about $45 (this is in Chicago).

Some of those states don’t even have a MOD pizza. And there’s no In-n-Out in Nebraska!

I was going to mention that too, Woody grooving ever-so-slightly in the background makes this funny scene even funnier.

I was going to mention this scene if no one else had.

“I nearly lost my dignity there”

“these guys have a jukebox, a pool table, a pinball machine”

One’s in Metric.

Now playing

First and foremost, Kelly, you look lovely.
