That's how I view it. She has a connection to a big story, has a tragic past he's aware of, and he's incredibly remorseful about Ben which probably makes him more open to an amateur using an office close to him.

I wasn't shocked about who Adam really was, I kinda expected that. I didn't expect Willa to be in on it, though.

I liked the episode, but I think the main mystery just kinda felt too obvious of an parallel to what Alice is going through.

I think that the ratings with HTGAWM are pretty accurate, because the show is at its best when it's moving so fast that you don't see the flaws in its foundation.

I think using a younger actor would have the unfortunate implication that Alice's age had a factor in her being conned by a young, charming guy.

I've only seen her in Big Love and The Killing, which were much less glamorous characters than a badass private investigator.

To me it makes sense for Xo to talk about men. She loves sex, is a very sexual person, and wants her daughter to have a happy and healthy sex life.

I'm a little disturbed by how much horrible stuff I can see in movies and TV without being bothered but one sad looking dog will totally wreck me.

Hey, cut him some slack. He was adopted, which is just as bad as growing up in an abusive household.

Kara's reaction to the ice cream was one of the best things ever.

The problem is that a lot of these movies simply preach to the choir while avoiding all of the questions that believing in the Christian God brings up.

I think Viola Davis is really making something out of nothing on that show. On paper the character of Annalise is like Patty Hewes through a Shonda lens with a backstory consisting of a checklist of lazy backstory tropes given to complicated female characters.

Does The Keating 5 even get paid? Who is paying for the apartment now?

I thought the episode felt a little scattered, with a lot of the plots feeling underdeveloped or rushed.

Plus, if they hate each other so much, I can see them only interacting through their mutual dislike of Jane because it's the one topic they can agree on.

I agree. Micheal's actions were shortly after Jane was inseminated and I can imagine protective parents dismissing his actions as "How else would you expect him to react?"

I'm going to someday throw my phone out the window because of its autocorrect.

I think it's just suspension of disbelief.

I haven't watched Grey's but I think Scandal's highest highs have been far and away better than How To Get Away With Murder.

That's possible. But I didn't really feel like they fleshed this relationship out. It could have been really interesting, but the show started with both of them having affairs and featured Annalise breaking down and saying "I need you" when we hadn't seen anything suggesting that.
