Yeah, that too. That and the conditions make up for the deficiency of number of cars on the road. Also, since it is fatal accidents we’re talking about, day time bumper-to-bumper traffic prevents serious accidents, while increasing smaller accidents, common sense would tell us.

It’s actually the opposite of that.

Other than during winter in northern states, the vast majority of 9-5'ers drive to and form work in the daylight. Not to mention all of the people on the road for work during the day. People running errands, etc. etc. Ignoring work schedules, just look at the road between noon and 3 p.m. compared to midnight and 3

Now playing

I think the terrain was flattened out a bit, but the layout didn’t change.

We’ll have to see if this also lifts the ban on record attempts. Presumably it does, at least unofficially.

Wouldn’t have happened if it was a manual left in gear. Save the Manuals/GT3's!

I do wonder if this was Kawasaki US, or just simply the dealer’s prerogative. I’m guessing the latter, but who knows at this point.

I was wondering the same. Is it a ZX-6R, which would be “equal”? A ZX-10R upgrade? A Ninja 300?

3& 4: That is a regular C7 (maybe Z06?), and this is not at the 12 Hours.

I know this always happens, and I always try to stay away from it, but this is very Volvo.

And none on the boot? Erm...

Considering it looks a lot like a Volvo, it must be.

Don’t forget the Pirelli World Challenge races are all streamed live on their website, so you can watch St. Pete this weekend live. The Stream had problem last week, hopefully those are worked out.

Take note that the Refunds are only for grandstand tickets (3- or 1-day). Also, only the main and turn 15 seats are considered grandstands. Turn 4 and 12 are “bleachers” on the website. I don’t know if that is new and if they are not eligible for refund. And you must purchase by July 5th to be eligible.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to put some kind of tearing filter on the entire video should never be allowed near a computer again.

At least three times now.

They should have either made the finish line through the first turn, or short enough to stop. As it stands, he should have been DQ’d.

XJR-15. Came out just before the XJ-220. Only 50 or so made. Beautiful car based on the Le Mans Group C XJR-9 (winner, 1988). First fully carbon fiber road car.

Did anyone see the sunglasses go flying in the Corvette video? It’s like a Thug Life video in reverse.
