Unlike Little Edie, who died alone after Grey Gardens was razed, Chrysler is being set on a new path. Chrysler's now a mainstream brand, ending any chances of revisiting luxobarges like the Imperial concept we saw a few years ago. The 300 becomes a Taurus/Impala/Avalon competitor, with no chance of going up against,…
I can understand why you don't paint the area as a pretty picture, but myself coming from Chicago (a relatively bad area of Chicago), it's a night and day difference in terms of crime-safety to me. So when you say that Plano has crime, I'm registering it on a completely different scale than you. When you say you…
I'm sorry you had that happen to you, but on the same turn of the coin, you can't make that broad of a statement, when statistically, LA as a whole has a significantly higher rate of crime (especially auto-theft) than the Dallas area. I mean there are plenty of nice areas in Dallas that are perfectly safe, but are…
Then why haven't you said that already? Seems like an obvious thing to include about your time in North Texas. Especially with this one including property crime in it.

It's the kind of place where I don't want to leave my car out overnight. If you want to catch a movie at the Plano Tinseltown, better take a cab.

It's actually kind of surprising, I've met people who absolutely loath Saab, but for whatever reason they love that wagon.
They have both in Texas, though.
I still own a place in Plano for business, so I'm down there every other month, enjoying most of those projects.
Are you being serious? I lived in Plano for 6 years (went to a number of those places) and it took me 25-30 minutes, on the weekend, to get to downtown Dallas. That qualifies as pretty close to me. Maybe a weekday commute would take an hour, but that's pretty common anywhere in the DFW area. Heck, I had friends in…
