Man - I can’t disagree stronger here. There’s negative things I can say about every 343 Halo, but I had a ton of fun playing them and I’ve had a ton of fun replaying them, and I would absolutely rather have them than not have them. I don’t want the lack of a perfect Halo to mean a complete absence of Halo.

They’re not.  Both of them should have count their losses and just pushed their consoles back until 2021.  Because if the second wave of Corona is just as bad as the first, well no one is going to be worried about video games.

this kind of confirms my suspicion that i think neither sony or microsoft are as ready for next gen as they wouldve been without covid. i dont know what im talking about, but it seems like this year would be the time for crunch and grind as they pumped out all of the press and ads, its almost september and we dont

We’ve seen this happen to tons of major releases this year: Cyberpunk, TLOU2, now Halo Infinite. I don’t think the “real cause” is a suspicious rumour or juicy story... it’s just COVID. Probably the more boring answer.

ah the POP-IN, i forgot to even mention it. it’s BAD. Like, on the in-game benchmarking thing it’s comically bad, entire sections of buildings popping in late, then their shadows even later after that.

Feels like you’re putting words in their mouth. They said they needed more powerful hardware. They did not say that the PS5 isn’t powerful enough. The logical read of the statement is that the Switch hardware (which they’ve been developing for with their other games) isn’t beefy enough, simple as that. As for how it

Is it just me or does Godfall look boring as hell?

I don’t think it has anything to do with Sony’s exclusivity as their PC previews for Death Stranding were glowing. They even commented on how well it performed versus HZD in their HZD preview.

The lore dumps are bad. I wouldn’t call it a small flaw. Great game nonetheless.

Id argue it’s actually Sony’s best (and best-looking) exclusive ever. Really crazy (in an encouraging, exciting way) that this is the one they bring to PC.

You guys and Ars Technica had a very different PC experience.

Unfortunately, onions are a vegetable that is often consumed raw -- slices on burgers or other sandwiches, diced in salads, etc.; for myself, I don’t like the flavor of raw onions, but once they’ve been sauteed (at least until they start to turn golden and smell sweet), they’re delicious. So for me, this warning is

Actually, this company ships its onions outside the USA, so it’s not just relevant to Americans. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has a food recall warning of Thomson International Inc’s onions right here:

It started in Canada

This would be pretty cool and draw a huge amount of players to the game.

Nice comment, that’ll definitely silence up all those conservatives who complain that Progressives hate America.

I don’t really see the issue in the first place. I would rather have a more transparent military that uses Twitch than the Neo-Con military complex that I grew up with from 20 years ago.

The way I see it: If your old enough to Vote (potentially affecting the lives of many others), your old enough to be recruited. You apparently have all the decision making skills you need.

I am VERY pro moving voting/drinking/military/smoking/etc ages to 21. I was not a capable decision maker at 18, and I don’t think

I really like AOC, and I hope I’m wrong, but I think she’s never going to make much progress unless she turns down the pie in the sky aspirations and starts working in smaller steps.

Eh... this is one topic where the facts don’t seem to be on AOC’s side.
