2 days before the start of sophomore year of college, 1998. Living in a co-ed dorm, and my roommates and I were pretty friendly guy . Our room that year was right next to the elevator, so we would leave our door open in the Hope’s of meeting our neighbors, offering to help move stuff, etc.

I'm excited for Shea Serrano's "Movies (And Other Things)" coming out at the end of the month. Loved "The Rap Yearbook" and "Conference Room Five Minutes," and have high hopes. In the meantime, I've got "Let It Bang" (RJ Young) and "Go Ahead In The Rain" (Hanif Abdurraqib) waiting on the shelf.
