U-Haul is the worst. The WORST. A U-Haul rental is pretty much the only way to move across southern Illinois at all. I’ve had to do it twice within four years and each time was terrible. The process for renting, picking up, and dropping off the truck makes no sense whatsoever. I don’t know if this is the
