I read somewhere that only like, 1 in 5 creepy possessed dolls actually kills anyone. Yet they’re all tarred with the same brush!

I can live with not getting a notification for every Like (I’d rather get replies, I suppose) but the notifications no longer taking you to the relevant post is the one that is really irritating. I’m not sure how long it’s not worked, must be months now.
Ha don’t worry, we’ve all done it!
Have you watched Yahtzee play through Dark Souls 2 with his mate Gabriel?
I think Dee would play several small roles, all as offensive stereotypes.
Ah, I think we might be talking at cross purposes. I meant the Rurouni Kenshin films are on Netflix.
They are in the UK, or at least they were last week.
I did! I did get this reply!
I watched the first two this morning before work, the first one absolutely ended in a lightsaber battle, but the second one was an epic concert!
Are those good then? The other week I added them to my Netflix watchlist - I don’t know the source material but the subject matter interests me a lot.
For years I just thought the song in True Romance actually was the one used in Badlands, after all Tarantino has form for that sort of thing (I appreciate he didn’t direct it), especially as the films have a similar Bonnie & Clyde thing going on. Did Carl Orff get any sort of credit? I can’t see the writing credits…
I sometimes try and list all the Mike Patton side-projects I can remember when I’m bored. I always get more than half but I never get all of them.
Good scale, actually. Crank 2 might be the most loathsome film I’ve ever seen, it’s like it’s in a three-way race with itself to see if it can be most Racist, Sexist or Homophobic.
His name is James (James) Cameron!
That was the benefit of having a relatively uncommon word in my username, I could just search for that in the comments.
I know a lot of the reason Slow Club broke up was that ever after years of grinding, they were still touring in little vans, sharing motel floors etc., so I imagine she’d need to some guarantees before coming to the US on tour. On the other hand it’s a fairly small operation - the size of the band varies, but it’s…
Funnily enough with reference to the theme song, one of the things the film does that is very interesting to show that Tony really isn’t “The Chosen One”. It’s clear that there’s no expectation that “The son of Johnny Boy Soprano” is the heir apparent to the DiMeo family (ditto with Junior). He’s not in line for it,…
Tony is still a major player in this film across the two time periods, he’s not the main character but they I don’t think he was ever pushed as such - Alessandro Nivola’s name is atop all the cast lists, posters etc.
He had a decent recurring role in The Deuce, to be fair.
Widow’s peaked in High School...
