I wanted one of these! A refined 850 in my book and I love the 850!

Yeah I look at those once in a while. They are really great kits. I think in my case, an Ariel Atom may be what I’ll go with. Your suggestion is right on though!
What a wonderful car. I’d love to drive it on a road that carves through a beautiful forest. I guess the closest I could come today is to ride a naked bike.
Wagibody? Unigon?
As do I. As do us ALL!
What a beauty! I thought it was a 65 Fairlane when I first saw it! Very cool.
Good eye! Probably rotated them incorrectly.
They can easily go into the mid $20’s and unmolested versions are rare.
Before everyone jumps on it, he had a plain old everyday version, not this rare winged thing.
I always liked these cars. A guy I worked with had one and really liked it. I have never driven one but I would like to.
I still like chrome wheels on many cars. I had matte black wheels on one of MGBs in the 70s so that ain’t nuthin new.
You made the right choice.
BINGO!
Ever change the oil in a 928 or Maranello that still have their belly pans?
Don’t let my smart ass caption fool you. I would too!
Supercharger?
How could I forget that?! I still think I was wrong in having fond memories of cars when the real pleasure came from the people you hung with, places you went and the music on the radio. It’s all the warm blanket of nostalgia. The car is a small part of it.
The rose colored view of old cars is just that. I like old cars and used to buy them all the time. None of them are even close to as nice to drive as my new cars. Yeah, for 15 minutes or maybe even a couple of hours it’s fun. It doesn’t sway me that people give me a thumbs up when they see it, and I have no delusions…
