I love using Stevia powder. I have the pure stuff, 1/16th of a teaspoon is equivalent to 2 tsp of Sugar in sweetness and 1 tsp is the same as a cup. That stuff is killer sweet, without any of the negatives of the crappy synthetic stuff - plus no bitter aftertaste at all.
