Eh. I think German Quality is generally accepted as meaning the product is nicer or performs better. For instance, the GTI interior and the cars ability to do everything well are what set it apart. Nobody I’d buying those thinking that it’s realistically going to last longer than a Civic.

Here? I love the Toyota Prius. I don’t even understand soi-disant “car guys” who disrespect such an utter masterpiece of engineering ingenuity, and let us not forget, 56 MPG, thermal efficiency FTW!

The late model C3s are beautiful cars, and anybody who says otherwise is either a moron or a millennial hipster.

(remember, my unpopular opinion)

I like Azteks and don’t like the PT Cruiser.

I like the Aztek. Don’t judge.

I like the Aztec. I feel you.

The 1980's C4 Corvette is one of the best looking Corvettes. The clean design has aged remarkably well.

I can’t understand the love for Saab.

Car people suck. Most of them have their craniums so far up their colon for their own particular style, brand, point of origin, etc, that they have to constantly belittle anyone/anything that doesn’t conform to their limited world. The small minority that don’t fall into the larger majority, refuse to talk to anyone

1. Any sort of automatic transmission...I dont care that a care will go .1 sec faster 0-60. If it doenst have a third pedal then I might as well go autonomous.

Ohhhh, I am trying to hold it in. I hope we can have an ‘airing of the grievances’ thread like adults, but this one....

I think modern cars are too fast and powerful for 99% of what most people do.

My friends family had one of these, its was great for an LDS family, carried everyone to church. The gas tank in the right front fender seemed a little hinky. But the HVAC system guaranteed your sperm count as it blew freezing cold air on the crotch of anyone sitting in the front passenger seat.

Now playing

How true, how true. Twice weeks ago I had this enormous crash at Autobahn Country Club. I’m going to miss this car terribly. I sort of ‘grew up’ in motorsports with it.

Says you.

What happened to the Vett?

No, that’s not a Pontiac Vibe. It’s a Toyota Voltz. It’s real. No actual fucking clue why. Has Toyota heard of its own Matrix?

I’ve driven on the boardwalk. 20 years ago in Seaside Heights.

Not only would it take forever, but if this driver was incompetent enough to drive onto a boardwalk, there is no way he would be able to back up that far without hitting something with that little side-to-side space to maneuver. It’s easy to go forward, since the trailer follows the truck, but when backing up, you

The worst part is that they’d built hotel on Boardwalk, so he owed like $500 in rent just for one night.
