No way. People these days who wear bowties are generally at least somewhat interesting, “quirky” people. They drive Volvos.

Wal-Mart truck drivers clear 120k a year, FWIW.

Presumably to make everyone who reads his comments understand what it’s probably like to have a stroke.

Haha! It’s a very strange choice.

It’s a bargain-priced Porsche 918-lite, not a GT-R competitor.

Lots of “trade” careers pay more than you might expect.

Now playing

Go back and read the old reviews. These handled great stock for stock vs the early 90s competition. And they were as fast as the V8 muscle cars of their day.

It can be a fine line between boring and understated classiness. I’m of the opinion that the current TLX falls into the latter camp.

Controversial opinion:

The stock LSD seems plenty strong for what I’m pushing through it. Wouldn’t trust it on slicks probably, but with mid-300hp and 265-width street tires, it’s working great so far.

Hating something like that seems like a waste of energy.

If it works, it works.

I normally hate them, but it kinda fits with the rest of the car in this case.

RWD, rear-engined...what’s the problem here?

Installing a Corvette engine did the trick for me.

MULLET! I had the pleasure of speaking with him at the Texas Mile a few years ago. Pretty down-to-earth guy, actually.

Favorite one so far!
