I’m going to say that his cause of death was actually being 84 years old.

A tip of the hat for including “X Minus One”. I note that the stories were adapted to fit a half-hour time slot, so they’re all about 25 minutes each. Perfect for listening to on a commute....

I’m wondering if anyone has ever done a survey of the clients of sex workers to find out their reasons for doing so. From all the anecdotal evidence I’ve read from sex workers themselves, the reasons are often quite complex.

I am not and have never been on Facebook, Twitter, or any of the other big social media sites.

THIS!!!

It’s actually pronounced “Throat-Warbler Mangrove”.

What if it was set to “Yakkity Sax”?

Just fire everyone in Congress with an “R” after their name. You’d save money, and think of all the things that could get done!

Now playing

A little laughter now and then will help.

Funny how most of these don’t go back before 2000..... Anyway:

But what do you *DO* with all those extra sauce packets?

Maybe we’ll see the full version of “Work Hard or Die Trying, Girl”!

Seconding the “old school” bartender’s guide! Mr. Boston RULES! You’ll impress your friends with some cocktails that somehow fell out of favor, but still have all the flavor....(grin)

How about “Does this look infected to you?” (grin)

Good one! The name check, not necessarily the movie....

Same here. I find Granny Smith’s to be far too tart for my taste, too.

I want to know who determined that “salted caramel” was a thing. Why put salt in caramel in the first place?

Only you can’t move into the second house because you can’t kick out the tenants that are living there and refusing to pay any rent (even though they are fully capable of doing so) because they KNOW you can’t kick them out. And you are liable for mortgages, taxes, and maintenance on BOTH properties.

It’s worse judging a brewing competition...... Trust me on this.

How’d you get that last trophy?
