Well, he’s got a bit of fame out of it - which he wouldn’t have gotten if he did it right. So there’s that.....

I watched - and enjoyed - “Bordertown” as much as I could when it was on. To me, it felt like a summer replacement series than a full season show. There was just so much they could do with the premise, and it would all be done in about a dozen episodes. At most.

You know, rather than making fun of El Presidente like this, I’d rather be reading reports of how the press is roundly condemning Sarah Sanders’ refusal to state that “The Press is not the enemy”. Or speaking in unison against El Presidente’s continuing incitement to riot (let’s call it what it is) against them.

I wonder about “invisible” handicaps/conditions like color blindness. VERY roughly, about 1 in 15 people have some form of it. And in SF, you’ve got all these alien races who evolved on worlds under different suns with different lighting conditions - and they are all going to see the same colors as humans? Seems to me…

With regards to car chases, I offer that the absolute best is in “Blues Brothers” (1980). Your choice as to whether it’s the one in the mall or the over-the-top one that brings the movie to its conclusion.

You’ve also got situations where people’s offensive Tweets from several years ago are being brought into the light. Do we take them to task for something old and an isolated incident, when they’ve clearly moved on and changed for the better?
