Yes. The PCR/western blot test must confirm any antibody test for a confirmed positive case, since antibody tests can and do show false negatives/positives on occasion.

I have heard from a few people that HSPA+ speeds will be grandfathered (Going from, say iPhone 4 to Infuse 4G), but LTE will not. So under that rule, you going from an iPhone 3G/4 to iPhone 5 (if LTE compatible) would require you to get a tiered plan. Obviously this is not for sure, but a few AT&T reps have told me

I WAS THERE...and it WAS tons of fun!

Hahaha, man I wish I could promote this comment.

Hard cap for data cards, no cap for smartphones, but if your tower is congested, they can throttle if you go crazy.

I am amazed at all these new apps that show up that Tasker can handle much better. I lovvvve Tasker.

Lexus already does this, though they don't advertise it. On the LS sedans (most expensive, naturally), the PCS package includes radar cruise control that watches cars ahead, a steering wheel-mounted sensor that ensures your eyes are facing the road, and another set of sensors that watch the lanes. I am the kinda guy that listens to music mainly on my computer. Zune allows me to pay $15 a month and download unlimited music to play whenever I want. I can keep 10 songs per month to put on CD's if I want, but I rarely cash in on that. I could never see me paying PER SONG. No thanks. I really hope Zune keeps it up.

Ahhhh. Customization. Lovin it. Android FTW!

@Canon7D-Fanboy: Amen. Nobody understands this. CDMA = king of capacity.

@ant1pathy: Oh no, for sure. I agree. I just feel like it needs to happen. If VZW can pull it off for their 3G and LTE networks, there really isnt that much of an excuse...And, if you are who I think you are, This is Trocks797 from HF. If you arent lol, ignore that shout out!

@ant1pathy: Well I agree, except for one thing: back haul. AT&T hasnt back hauled very well since 07. Last week they said their HSPA+ network would only be 70% back hauled by 2012. Today, that number is 20%.

@Relyt: Yes. It is called SVDO, which allows the 1X for voice while EVDO for data simultaneously. The HTC Thunderbolt has SVDO.

SV-DO? Lets hope.

Microsoft Zune does this for $14 a month, and I get to keep 10 songs for permanent usage. Although, it wont legally do syncing with any phone except Microsoft's.

@Terry Mele: Verizon Wireless. The most nations largest, most reliable traffic light monitoring network.

@Lazzzara: I get 2.2 meg per sec down on mine. Not lame at all when the apartments cable gets crowded!

@blub: Yes! I wish I could promote comments!!
