Incorrect. The Verizon iPad supports every band the AT&T iPad does, save for AT&T's LTE band. They both work perfectly in other countries. Heck, my buddy bought a Verizon iPad yesterday and activated it on AT&T until Verizon LTE gets there next month.

Nope, simultaneous voice and data uses only the HSPA+ network.

So strange. I have had zero problems with Spotify on my Galaxy Nexus (VZW), and I use it for 3-4 hours per day. Trust me, I wouldn't pay $10 per month if I did have probs. After Rdio updated their app, I gave it a shot, but I guess I am too used to Spotify to change. Plus I like being able to click the microphone on

+1 trillion. That is, to me, the funniest comment ever posted on an article! I needed that laugh today. Thank you! Wish I could promote you or whatever it is they do!

Well in my location, Verizon is fantastic. I really have no complaints anywhere I travel to, but each network sucks in certain places. I'm just glad VZW doesn't throttle LTE like AT&T does. That would suuuuuuck. I hit 11 gigs last month :-/

While that might sound nice, can you imagine the congestion? Why do you think these companies throttle at all? Spectrum is limited. Everyone cannot have perfect speeds all the time. To ensure everyone gets a piece of the pie, throttling works. Verizon throttles 3G, but only on congested towers. While I have unlimited

Maybe it's because we have been under tornado warnings all morning, but when I read it works in windy conditions with gusts up to 5MPH, I chuckled.

No problems here on my Nexus.

No problems here on mine...in fact I am getting 3 times the LTE speeds. I hit 62mbps the other day.

You have a THREE year contract. WTF is up with that? Carrier crapware? Sure Backup Assistant is not important to me, but it is very important to those just getting to Android. Let's not forget, it can be disabled entirely. And the other one is My Verizon, which I would have downloaded on day 1 anyway. It too can be

SAME HERE! I had the blue dull background every time, and all my friends thought I wasn't as cool because I had that one. We would be standing in line and everyone would go and sit down in front of the laser background then when I got up they would say "Oh hold on this one needs the other background." Then they would

Giz didn't mention the only version of the Nexus with the volume problem appears to be the version running in the 900Mhz band. [www.engadget.com]

No offence to indie artists, but the masses would have ever heard their songs if it wasn't for services like Spotify. How are we to know we like them if we can't hear them? I'm not going to go randomly buy some indie bands CD at a store! At least in Spotify their music comes up with relevant searches. Then if I like

Well, step 2 should be easy enough.

I have only been reading Engadget daily for about 2.5 years, so if you are referring to before that, then I don't know, but I have not noticed a decline.

I comment on Engadget daily. You have no idea what you are talking about. Let it rest.

"...the announcement of Google music earlier because that was barely a paragraph long and was immediately followed up by this "article"."

That is a good point. Perhaps it is just Gizmodos authors who are split. This post bashes Google Music yet the post a few stories down doesn't.

The only reason I read this blog is for all the nifty stories you can't find anywhere else. Not a day goes by that they don't post a few things regarding iOS, yet even the Galaxy Nexus hasn't been touched on recently. It's clear you haven't been over to Engadget in a good while. There are tons of commenters bickering
