I just got it again by accident when I ordered some nugs from there 2 weeks ago. I asked for honey they gave me hot instead, honestly, I prefer hot. Hot Mustard and Sweet Chili sauce was the combo I used to rock back when they had SC. I like R&M but I’m oddly into dipping sauces I just now realized and yes, I would’ve

They brought back hot mustard as a part of this promotion. It is NOT limited time only like the Mulan sauce.

That’s exactly how an eleven year-old would talk to his smarter, younger, sister.

God I hope they don’t change the twist, the twist is still so damn good.

Without the historical conceit the Byronic hero is just a normal douche.

Thanks for writing this, my thoughts exactly. Harmon’s cult of personality he’s built over the last 7 years is terrifying.

That’s what everybody seems to forget about Dan, he’s a goodish writer who is also a gargantuan self-centered asshole. He thinks its cute to constantly point out that he’s a garbage fire, doing so just makes him seem like more of an unchanging manchild.

Batman from right around the start of Knightfall to right before War Games is the best version of the character.

because gore and punching?

I think Dan Harmon brought this on himself, Harmontown, back when I listen to it at least, every third seemed to have Dan going on some drunken pseudo intellectual rant that these types eat up. R&M is a good show not the 2nd coming of christ that some mediocre types make it out to be.

Rick and Morty is the Inception of adult-oriented cartoons, in that, it’s over praised by stoners who think its high art, when, in reality it’s a great show made by a man who increasingly went up his own ass after his creative peak (Community S2 is for Harmon what TDK is for Nolan) Actually, the whole tin-plated

It was the only wholly decent episode in a shit season of TV, glad it got recognized.

Here’s the thing though, what you’re calling homogenized is actually fucking narrative and stylistic cohesion that makes it clear the MCU isn’t it’s individual movies rather it’s all been one long story since Iron Man 1

I don’t think dude has touched that twitter since it all fell apart for him. Shame he’s a dick I actually liked his writing a lot and the OG version of The Canon really brought me joy.

Wasn’t a new EIC announced the next day? Meredith Borders maybe?

There’s a sense of entropic doom in the HB universe that makes the narrative unique and almost the anti superhero story

This even in the still already has a much more somber Mignola vibe to it. Yes, I know Hellboy’s had his fair share of fun adventures, but many of those came during the character long journey to find his place in the world after his dad died.

Hasn’t Doug Stanhope come out and it’s him and not Louie
