Man, that Journey soundtrack should have won. Wintory is brilliant.

The recent consolidation in the game industry is too bad for us as consumers.

Sounds like it’s mostly gonna be an aesthetic thing, really.

They gave you the $400M? Sick!

Y’all with the cult?

lol

Played mine yesterday for Metroid Prime on some nice component cables. It lives.

I bought this game for $1.99 (I think) a few years ago. It’s actually pretty good and the style is quite striking. Not for $250 though.

Bad country. Unfortunately every person I know lives here.

What is “with cause” if not “you threatened to murder a secretary and aided a wide-spread culture of sexual abuse that has hurt our value”?

Can’t emphasize enough that my comment was “the Melee scene was not where the pedophiles were” and you went ahead and kept saying that anyways. Just weird to me.

How have they not fired this fucker yet. It’s unbelievable.

I guess more not sure why people go after Melee so hard rather than Ultimate. Most Melee players are older at this point, their tournaments are more relaxed.

It really wasn’t about Melee though. People seem to have defaulted for that for some reason, but it was mostly Ultimate.

Don’t really understand why Kotaku comments are so down on the Melee scene. I can get it if you stopped paying attention in 2014, but at this point it is quite chill and has good community leaders self-regulating.

It’s an outdated take, though - there’s a long ban list now and several formerly prominent figures have been entirely removed from the

Can’t think of any big-name current Melee players involved in any of the more serious cases. Most everybody who was a problem has been removed from the scene, including commentators.
