That would be good for the consumer, but that’s unfortunately not what motivates these companies.

“but this year it’s superior on-field performance”
I’m scared of Ethan using the wrong “its.” C’mon, man!
You can dip into the clouds a bit on Yavin if that’s what you’re talking about. I’ve seen some people use it to great effect. That map also has a lot of space vertically that I don’t see people use enough. If you fly way up over the battlefield you can get the drop on pretty much anyone.
Downshift was really good. I think the soundtrack suffers a bit when compared to CHVRCHES because that lead singer (Lauren Mayberry) has more distinct voice more prominent in their tracks. Thing I could learn to appreciate these tracks (especially if I played the game) if I wasn’t wishing they sounded more like…
This is why watching the Pokemon movie with Suicune and Celebi (and an awesome Tyranitar) is an important part of growing up.
Sounds like it’s got some meat. I haven’t purchased the DLC yet, but I think playing them both in tandem will fulfill my Pokemon needs for a good while.
I agree, but I’m sure somebody in legal is relieved they don’t have to deal with all that.
This isn’t even vaguely comparable to trickle-down economics, so don’t know where to begin there. Big companies and indie games alike have looked to streamers to expand their audiences. I’m sure there are games that have not had wholly positive experiences, but from what I can tell they are in the minority or…
Could movie critics exist without movies?
Disagree with this. The best streamers have engaging personalities. It’s why there’s a whole react genre on Youtube. Watching a bad streamer who isn’t engaging really opens your eyes to how good (or at least entertaining to kids) the best streamers are.
Right, but why would anybody want that besides people who are already rich?
Disagree with this. Stream advertising is how several games have successfully launched recently, and companies use paid streamers as a main point of attack. Just recently, it’s worked for Fall Guys and Valorant. Among Us’ success went way up when streamers picked it up. Maybe that phenomenon is true elsewhere, but it…
Amazing how many times this dude has shown his ass. “He’s also This Guy” is the quote of the day.
That he hasn’t deleted it and continues to go out of his way to get owned is astonishing. Are we sure he’s not getting off on being ratio’d?
I’ve gotten used to that one, but you’re right, on its own it’s quite baffling. And I played all the way through Bravely Default, too! Bad names abound, Ubisoft don’t have the Japanese translation excuse, either.
In a world of truly terrible video game titles, one game aspires to stand above the rest!
I still have my release-day Switch box! Carries pleasant memories for me - the first and as of yet only time I ever attended a midnight release. Went with a bunch of good people who were more acquaintances than friends and have since drifted from my life. But that night will still always be a good memory :)
Like these big sci-fi cities in the sky. Used to be a JRPG staple that I haven’t seen too much of recently. That’s too bad.
Nah this sucks dick. We have a chance to stop this before it becomes universal in full-priced games. No reason to bend over so 2K can make more money. They can eat shit.
