I can 100% guarantee you that this show is not ”overly white”. Have you ever been to Houston? Did watch the video? You picked the wrong event to bring up those points about.

I mean, you also could just watch stuff on youtube instead of getting notified with “here’s a YT video.” It’s really all just a round-up of auto news and happenings.
The LS engines are the antithesis to DOHC. There is simply no compelling argument in favor of DOHC over an LS engine.
Every one of those engines listed has roots from some engine designed in the 1950s and is just as related as a SBC is to a LT motor. Noone just creates a new engine from scratch. They take an existing design, lop off or tack on a few cylinders, change the bore/stroke, then add some new tech.
Please. All you folks keep talking down GM’s LS engines. Trash ‘em. Talk all kinds of shit about ‘em. I’m begging you.
Sarcasm I hope? There are no parts or even dimensions shared with the small block that GM started building in 1955. The LS/LT engines are very advanced. Just because they are OHV does not mean they are low-tech. OHC engines have been around since 1910 but nobody ever says that the Lexus LFA engine was basically…
Nah, Sorry.
Are people really getting all that great gas mileage from the Ford 1.0 Turbo? I rented a Ford C-Max with this engine and it felt gutless and annoying (the auto stop start was annoying). It was probably made worse by the stick shift. I felt like I had to thrash it all the time. I can’t imagine I was getting good gas…
The LT1 isn’t on this list, therefore it is invalid.
The V6 & V8 from the 2010 Camaro. They moved V6s from 200 to 300 HP & V8s from 300 to 400 HP (keeping efficiencies the same) and forced other US manufacturers to catch up.
As the insufferable owner of a 9-7x Aero who is constantly telling people who never asked why it is cool, the SS would be an ideal car for me. They are just too much money for something that doesn’t serve a need in my fleet. I do wish I had bought (a manual) one when they were clearing them out at the end of the run.
I like the way the Flex looks...
Dude, you need to read. Ad says new rubber.
So it wasn’t even a street race, simply a quick run in in speed when nobody was around but the three corvettes and distant cop (following them that only the driver of the blue vette may have seen). That leaves one thing.... let’s take a look at this road:
doesn’t sound like racing, just some pulls.
Automatic transmission in a sports car is an automatic crack pipe.
If a show is only on the Motor Trend app, does it make a sound?
All auto manufacturers need to be consolidated and RUN BY THE GOVERNMENT!
That’s why the Yugo was the most amazing car ever made!
So close... vetted by a Vette vet
LOl cmon that’s ridiculous. Everyone knows everything south of Oklahoma is South America.
