I assume real leather, better speakers, a sunroof, bigger wheels and tires, maybe it has some self braking option to prevent accidents. (I think the self breaking option is standard on all VWs)

I cut it some slack because 8 is a good list price, if you can talk him down to 6.5 or so. Very cool car, looks to be in great condition for the year.
I would bet its pretty close to the weight of the turbo motor. All the extra tubing, the turbo, the intercooler, it adds up. It may need some beefier suspension up front from the turbo model, but those american v8's arent that heavy.
The one you linked has an automatic, and “engine noise” that might be the “harmonic balancer”....crack pipe.

The tuning takes take, which costs money. Make the car that is using the new tune pay for it. Also, the new tune usually coincides with a different exhaust, different intake, and other slight adjustments to the motor.

When the battery is placed elsewhere, provisions are put in under the hood to be able to jump it. Usually under some sort of red cap with a + sign on it.
Why would anyone buy anything other than whole milk? The fat is good for you, and if it has too many calories, just add water. That is what the manufacturer does (+sugar).
“fairlife” milk claims to be lactose free, but I have no lactose issues. Its actually my favorite milk.
