Back when I had a job (am now self-employed), I had a colleague who was super jealous that I could afford to travel. Yes, I was single and she was married with a kid, but she had two incomes. It made no sense to her and she was very frustrated by it. Finally, I sat her down one day and asked her if I could give her

But where is the horrid clutter? Where are the exotic, abstruse touchpad controls that require a week of studying the owner’s manual to turn the air-conditioner on or change the radio channel? Where are the thousand buttons and the huge stupid teevee screen? Why does this look gorgeous instead of tacky and trashy? How

To make it look like a piggy bank.

It has to be an inside joke with the designers to see how much smaller they can make the rear window each year.

You’ll be able to safely view an eclipse through the rear window of a 2020 Mazda 3 hatch.

Hahaha oh yeah, definitely not an isolated issue, for sure.

Have to disagree on the middle lane a little bit. My take is:

Even if there are 3 or more lanes, stay to the right, not the middle.

Whenever you crave sugar, drop a kettlebell on your foot.

Soon you’ll stop craving kettlebells!

I was waiting for the other shoe to drop!

If I’m the other driver, I’m slowly driving in reverse so his car is continually creeping closer to run him over again... like a lion about to pounce.

Silly English speakers.

Time to bring back the 50's!

Chrysler pretty much invented the concept of the minivan with the 1984 Chrysler Town and Country and the Plymouth Voyager.

Amateurs...

Nissan rocked this in the 80s, too. My family had one of these bad boys. I’m not sure how it holds up, but it at the time it seemed awesome.

Because they’d have to find a venison ranch in the US, which I’m not sure there are any of, and you can’t retail meat from wild animals here. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Market_hunters has more information.

One from the Driver’s Ed teacher’s perspective: Once while driving with a student, as we approached a stale green light, I asked “Can you safely stop?” in an attempt to reinforce that she start checking her inside mirror prior to intersections more frequently. She just looked at me strangely.

When I took my driving test, I pulled out of the DMV. The officer is sitting int he passenger seat with is notebook. I get to the red light, look in my rear view mirror and a dump truck is barreling towards us not slowing. I tell the officer “I’m sorry about this” and go into the intersection (the light is still red)
