The “average” human (mean of mean body weight in 177 countries) weighs 139 pounds. If men are 120% heavier than women, that means the “average” man is about 152 pounds, the “average” woman 126 pounds. Heights are separate from these numbers, of course.
Exactly. Think of your body weight, and imagine deliberately increasing that number by 5% to 10% (for anyone between 130 and 260 pounds) in 9 minutes. That’s kind of insane.
