Why is it that when men make these decisions it is considered for their "ego" but for women it is for their "self-esteem?" When can we stop judging people for making decisions about their bodies that have absolutely nothing to do with us?

One of the most infuriating things about this entire conversation is that the entire conservative movement is anti-intellectual. They RELISH not knowing anything, not wanting to learn anything, and mocking those who do.

And I agree. However, based on studies and evidence (of which you can find in the citations I posted earlier), there is a suggestion that men are taken more seriously than women. Women are also a problem in that they use the same tactics to cut / interrupt other women.
