Roid guy must be a bodybuilder... He was distracted from his 96 reps of 20 pounds.

If these were PR lifts he would have been struggling a lot more. They looked pretty effortless. 

I thought that too at first I, but if you instead take a screen shot of the bottom of the loaded part of the lift you’ll see a neutral spine and natural lumbar arch. His shoulders are really protracted and which isn’t good, but his spine is pretty good.

They are only bad for your back if you do them with poor form. Your back should be straight.

Try a 15 or 20 minute coffee nap. Google it. Sometimes when I'm wiped around 3pm I do this in the car and it's been quite effective.
