Aparently they're adding new Elusive Targets for Hitman 2 maps soon now that the Expansion Pass content is done. I def agree that the game is great, might be one of me all time faves considering how much time I've sink into it. 

You do a great job describing the voyeuristic thrill of Hitman games. You get to have your cake and eat it too, by enjoying access to the secretive worlds of the elite, and then getting revenge on them for being horrible people by brutally murdering them.

The first one, while obviously wrong, flirts with the actual game, considering it takes place in Los Santos and some of the gangs from San Andreas are present (as well as Grove St itself.) Possible that could have been someone who heard that the game is a return to Los Santos and then tried to fill in the blanks.
