Can’t help ya there. Some people can watch some gameplay for a student demo and think “that looks really fun” and not be thinking about the asset-count or whatever. It doesn’t have to be GTAV to be “awesome.”

I have no idea how many assets of these actually come from elsewhere, but regardless, this is a random project by three college students. Were you expecting them to hand-model an entire city for a free demo?
