I really wanna get this game and see if I can figure out how to make a mystery minigame. The homestar runner creators did a good job making a wordless mystery game, titled "where is the egg" or something. 

The people that work on steam and the ones making the game are 99% likely entirely different staff with different skill sets, and they have a duty to help the thousands of developers who rely on steam for their income, especially if they want to curtail the efforts of Epic. 

Wsh they would let me hide my playtime on steam. Better, I wish they'd let me not have my playtime recorded at all. I really don't understand why they think that information needs to be so front-facing in their interface, because it honestly makes me not want to play games and enjoy them knowing that every second is…

I’m a big Lupin fan and was NOT ready for how excited that trailer made me. It looks super beautiful and charming and seems to have all the qualities I love about the characters and series.

It’s to make the barrier for entry for “I just wanna play pokemon and nothing else” nintendo portable users as low as possible. They did the EXACT same thing with the Nintendo 2DS right before Pokemon X and Y came out.

Very upsetting how Nintendo is taking advantage of mtx models in their mobile games. I got into the beta for their mobile Mario kart and the system of unlocking/upgrading things is extremely complicated. There are health bars, three or four currencies, everything is upgraded, gacha characters, course unlocking, loot…

The opposite, New Coke is inspired by Diet Coke. Diet Coke came out three years before New Coke, and the success of it (and Pepsi) compared to the flaking sales of regular coke was what inspired the refresh of the sugar-coke formula.

I wish they had it in stores at regular price for this deal. I wasn’t around in the 80s and weirdly enjoy trying different coke flavors, but not to a point where I’d spend $20 on a collectible package just to try a single flavor.

Deus Ex would be nice to see with a fresh coat of paint. It’s still an incredible game and there are things that it pulls off that most games STILL can’t fully pull off, but I worry the old controls, graphics, and voice acting will reduce the game’s place in public consciousness to just being that JC Denton profile…

I like how John can dress up like he’s on the cast of West Side Story and somehow it completely works on him in 2019.

doubt i’ll be doing it just because I’ve gotten so far in pokemon go that I can’t imagine having the time to add another walking-focused grindy AR game to my life, even if I have fond memories of harry potter in my childhood. gotta get as far with that pokedex as I can.

Maybe she hasn’t played since they re-did the gyms? I can remember the initial gym system was extremely brutal if the gym was full and leveled up all the way.

I’ve never thought about which side I stand on, I always just stand on the same side as everybody else. I never considered there being actual consistency between left or right depending on where you are.

My impression is that he’s treating Xbox as an ecosystem rather than a single product.
