I'm a woman and a feminist, but thanks for the love.

"True."

"They burn and rape and rob and stab with absolute impunity, apparently secure in the knowledge that the police won't care..."

Craggs: "You need to write a post about how the NCAA is like an antebellum plantation or the horror of concussions in the NFL. Which one do you pick?"

Meanwhile, wannabe Deadspin employees are merely asked "How far can you punt a football?"

Agreed. And worse, it hurts the cause. The average mainstream person exploring feminism is going to read this and be like "Oh, I guess all the stereotypes about feminists were right. They ARE all a bunch of shrill, angry man-haters fueled by victimization and fauxrage."

Keep trying, Rebecca. After crashing and burning with the R8P plate post, you now post this fauxrage article. Eventually, you'll get the self-righteous indignation you desire. In the meantime, double fail.

I used to be an avid reader of Jezebel, but then everything started to be about rape culture and photoshopping. Recently, it has just been unadulterated man-hate. It's a parody of itself. A punchline. Sad.

Fuck the Normans, amirite?

I think you just described every Jezebel writer.

Yes, it was from the TV show Fringe and had nothing to do with R8P, but A+ for foment fauxrage.

No one is saying that Montana wasn't among the top quarterbacks in the NFL while he played. I'm simply saying that he was overrated - even by those giving out the MVP awards.

Montana was never undeniably the best in their professions for a sustained period of time. he was a good QB who was lucky enough to be on some exceptional 49ers teams, but Marino AND Elway put up better statistics and won more games.

Hickey: "Sullivan, huh?"

Articles like this is why I hardly ever read Jezebel anymore.

"Oh, get up and shake it off, you goddamn pussy!"

How is Jeter worship any different than Jordan worship or Montana worship? Christ Almighty, all the national media could do was jizz in their collective pants any time they talked about those two in the 80's and 90's. Meanwhile, Marino was putting up astronomically better numbers with a better winning percentage than

"Yo, what's up now, bracket, racial slur, close bracket?"
