I think it was a very particular situation. I think was was purposely trying to get the bike sideways, thinking it would give me more room to stop. It was a big bike too - Triumph Speed Triple 1050. I was certainly going slower than this bloke in the vid though.

Fair enough. I put my bike down by choice once. I was already hard on the brakes. The back was already locking. I would have flipped over the front had i not.
