The book is an incredible read.  Never mind the YA label on it; I’m in my 40s and dove into it.

I’ve lost a bit over 40kg over the last few years. People ask me how, and I say “the boring, old-fashioned way: eat better, move more.” Yeah, that’s not as interesting as some fad. But it works (and Friday nights are still pizza night around here).

WI get that some people see giving money as meaning “I couldn’t be bothered to go shopping for you so here’s some money, you do the leg-work” but sometimes, money really is more thoughtful.
