Nothing against this show, but review some more fucking shows, why don’t you?

The ethos is “Oppenheimer will bring clicks but we’re primarily a gaming culture site. What extremely strained metaphor can we use to farm some search engine optimization, since we probably shouldn't just publish a post that says "Oppenheimer" 500 times in a row?"
I just don’t get how resetting the same dungeon over and over again is “fun”. Like I know it’s somewhat ridiculous to claim “my immersion” in Diablo with it’s combination of a story line in which you are the sole hero who saved the world combined with the ability to see and team up with a bunch of other “sole heros…
Wait, so WHAT exactly makes this film a videogame? Because tickets were scalped, like graphics cards? Because Kojima tweeted about it?
Donations, mostly. I mean there were tweets online how theaters were sold out and only a few people where in the theater.
Millennials are years out of university. I'm in my late 30s and have kids and a real grown up office job. My university experience (in Canada) did not reflect any of those three points. What millennials are grappling with is, I would argue, the opposite of what he's saying: we were raised to think that if we worked…
Probably a combination of being told the world was going to shit but don’t worry, we’d grow up to fix it (and it was all on us, good luck kids!) because if we worked hard, we could do anything, and then realizing that being saddled with student loan debt and graduating in a recession (as I did, anyway) while being…
Narrowing the focus of the case to Call of Duty, to the exclusion of most other of Activision’s IP was a huge mistake and negatively affected the strength of FTC’s case.
So AV Club pretty much only covers reality shows now. Go fuck yourselves. (Not the writers, the people in charge. The writers probably hate this more than we do)
This used to be a place for people who loved movies, or music, or television to write. Actual writers. With a real point of view. And if they talked about a subject like this it would be with real consideration. Now it’s a place to half ass mild takes to get outrage clicks. Fuck this shit.
We’re entering Bill Cosby territory, where no matter how much you believe in innocent until proven guilty, the alternatative is believing that dozens of people are all conspiring to falsely destroy his life for...what purpose, exactly?
Again, innocent until proven guilty under the justice system, withholding judgment in the current case that’s headed for court, yadda yadda yadda. But unless you’re writing for The Root, you’ve got to admit this is looking really bad for Majors. I mean, I can’t be the only one who takes it as a bad sign that one of…
Whelp, sounds like someone’s headed back to the Jonathan Minors
Nah, fuck that. I do fatalities every time. I enjoy them and if you don’t want to see them then beat me. I’m not even that good so it should be easy and happens more often than not.
Tropic Thunder is way too low on this list
i normally do but i lost my odyssey sd card thing for a year and a half cause i stuffed it way deep in a pocket so i wouldnt lose it. the easier way for me to keep track of them is just grabbing a big sd card and keeping it in the unit.
Stuff like this is why I’m concerned about Konami giving Silent Hill to these guys.
Cool Cool. I usually forget I have the ascend ability. My 7yo told me to use rewind when rocks were being thrown at me.
It wasn’t confusing but Nate quitting in particular was abrupt and made me think I had missed an episode at first. I really don’t think they have handled his redemption story well.
Whether Nate quit or got fired was unclear. It wouldn’t have taken up much time to make it clear.
