This is why I drive a Mercedes...
Hah! I won.
We still have our old CLK550 from 2007. This article just blew my mind. You’re basically saying I have an atomic bomb still idle in my garage.
Do some research into the purposed “Buffet-Rule” and you’ll understand.
Absolutely. But if you find the right one. You probably will make money
Hahaha Just because they spend all their money on maintaining their BMW doesn’t mean they have money. It might mean they make money though ;)
Nah I’m having a tough day at the office so it’ll take it out on you guys ;)
Check out my post ;)
It doesn’t matter how poor you are. If you’re seen in a Wagoneer on Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket you look as rich as all the old money Clinton Foundation Donors on the island.
This is the general theme around highly depreciated luxury cars I suspect.
You sir have a good point. To the uninformed it could be a brand new Merc for all they know.
Buffet is just a sham.. He puts out this identity that he’s so down to earth and doesn’t want to seem any different from middle America yet he is responsible for so much crony-capitalism it’s crazy.
You’re incredibly closed minded... I spend my summer in Nantucket where you see Jeep Grand Wagoneers all over the place. You can certainly find a decent Wagoneer for under $10k.
People love BMW coupes. The E90 coupe is one of the prettiest cars in my opinion ever made. That character line running form headlight to the taillight might just be the best use of character lines ever on a car ever. That being said just because your car is beauiful doesn’t mean people think you’re rich.
It really does matter where you are doesn’t it? I think we should point that out to Travish.
It is very true Wagoneers car climbing in value like crazy. You can still find a decent runner for around $10k here in the DC metro area. But I’ve seen a few Wagoneer’s on the Island that were fully restored and approaching six-figure pricetags.
Hahahha I was thinking the exact samething!
