Or you could do a three needle bind off or Kitchener stitch to seam.

I have three boys and two of them don’t like reading. They both have a learning disability that makes language processing hard for them so it makes reading more of a chore than a pleasure, despite interventions and IEPs in school. I’m a huge reader and read to them all the time so it breaks my heart. The younger one…
Did you watch the video? She’s clearly reading above her grade level (aka picture books) and doing a damn fine job. Also she’s glorious and I wanna kiss her cheeks.
Every now and then, I try this little experiment to try and think like a trump voter and I just can’t. Like my brain literally cannot wrap its way around being that evil and mean.
I’ve knit a few and one that wasn’t 100% boring was Hitofude (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/hitofude-cardigan). I hate sewing and this does a three-needle bind off on the sleeves and it’s fairly simple. It’s a really cute sweater
Same and also holy fuck no, just no. They are hideous! (I’ve knit several sweaters and they are not my favorite.)
Contrast this with the matriarch of a pod in Puget Sound, nicknamed Granny, who died at over 100 years old. I’d say captivity definitely contributed to his death.
Was it WaPo or NPR that had a story today that basically said he’s afraid that if he admits Russian influence it means he didn’t really win and he can’t accept being a loser, so he will ignore any and all evidence.
Show me a 20ft wall and I’ll show you a man with. 21ft ladder. Unless he builds a dome that covers the whole US, a wall is pointless.
Trump won Utah. That means a significant portion of the Mormon church voted for him.
I grew up Mormon and most of my extended family is Mormon and most voted for trump. Sadly, they’re also the ones most affected by his policies. One of my cousins voted for McMullin as a “protest vote” and the day after the election whined about the potential loss of her husband’s ACA healthcare. (The irony, it burns)
I love (with all my heart) Lin-Manuel Miranda but he loves twitter and it also posts to Facebook his tweets and it’s 1000000% completely nonsensical because there’s no context to his replies. So then I have to dig into the tweets and I’m reminded again why I hate twitter and blah blah y blah.
I’m so sorry. My dad also died of prostate cancer. He lived with it fine for six years only taking some hormone-suppressing meds, even with the metastasis to his bones. Then one month they’re like, “oh your numbers have spiked - let’s do some chemo” but he had a super aggressive liver cancer and by the time they…
Keith is already pickled!
Her brother reports she’s in “stable” condition.
He’s not really though. I have frenchies and they are just dense af. Mine range from 19-36 lbs and they’re all muscle in tiny twig legs. If mine sat like that she’d look obese too but she’s not (perfect in fact per the vet).
Her condition was recently upgraded and seems like she will recover.
It’s tix or tickets. The plural is implied in “tix.” /pedant
It was more than 20 years ago, but in WA where I had mine, I couldn’t before six weeks either because it’s more dangerous or something (my memory of that detail has faded). Ideally they wanted it at 8 weeks or more but I fudge the dates a little to have it around 7 weeks.
