I can understand her stand point. I work in a world where the powerful openly eat the plebs, but it’s rare when most of us get to see them eating each other in real time and in public.

Lack on national respect for teachers via low rages, teaching to pass a test, disrespectful kids, dumb and loud parents, and a lack of support from local and state officials makes it hard to retain talent who want to teach, so schools are left with this.
