Yeah. She gives me mean girl vibes. Also likes to hit her boyfriend. So efffff her.

Hayden Christensen looks like Mel Gibson’s mugshot
Yes, agreed. This is the best advice I’ve ever gotten, too. Make sure their diaper is dry, that they’re full and have burped, then put them safely in the crib and WALK AWAY for a bit. They should tell you that when they tell you everything else about shaken baby at the hospital. A bit of quiet really helps.
She was allowed to wear her messy bun, after all.
Best advice I ever got for newborns was for when you’re about to absolutely lose it. Put the baby in the crib, walk away, and cry in a hot shower. The baby is safe and fine. You’ll feel better and odds are, you’ll come out to a sleeping baby. I only had to do this a few times, but with a colicky baby who didn’t sleep…
This will be a legitimate thing for me if/when I have kids. I’ve got friends who have chronicled their kids’ entire lives publicly on social media. One has already posted more than 100 pictures of her month-old baby on Facebook. I suppose that’s their right, but there’s something to be said for giving your children…
Uh, maybe don’t post every god damn thing that happens in your life on social media if you don’t want people commenting on it. It’s fucking creepy how people post everything from their meals to their positive pregnancy pee sticks to their dead dogs to themselves crying over a death that occurred 5 minutes ago.
As a frequent misspeller and auto correct victim with a lack of proofreading skills, I can let that slide.
I worked as a nurse in a locked psych facility. One of my NAC’s lost a baby this way. She was not prosecuted because I don’t live in a shit state, apparently. She was just gutted over it, because she had no education in her life that had ever led her to be able to understand how the biology of all this works. She…
That’s um, quite a big leap in logic there.
I am just the opposite of superhuman. Addiction issues nearly destroyed my family. I would never presume to tell a family how to deal with an addicted loved one because damned if I know.
Imprisoning someone of a crime is indeed stripping them of their rights. And it’s done far too often in this country. No argument here. That said, it still is warranted when the rights of others are endangered. If someone’s actions results in the death of 3 babies, it is more than warranted.
I agree with this but I think you can be considerate of both the addict and the child.
If someone has killed multiple babies due to their addictions, whether you find them sympathetic or not, they don’t deserve and are not capable of living in free society.
I should also add that many of the women were meth babies themselves so their brains were already not properly developed, then they became meth mamas who have meth babies. And our system does nothing to help them, it just makes money off them.
I just feel sorry for everyone. I am lucky to have been to jail for a few minor things (breaking apartment lease, not going to court = court of contempt and they WILL issue warrant for your 18-year-old broke ass!) and to have met women who have lost babies to drugs. I no longer have any anger or judgment, it’s all…
I like the cape, skirt and color of the dress, but I’m with you about the bodice. It looks like it was custom-made for someone else’s rack.
I was thinking Oliver Stone about this:
The kids aren’t even dried off yet and they’re already discussing a movie.
I really miss the age of dumb phones. Every phone had to be considered on its merits as a standalone device, not one tied to a specific operating system. And something as simple as which Nokia games the phone had could be decisive. I was super fond of the Java-based bowling game I had on one of my candy bars. I…
