I’m thinking of doing a replay as I’ve seen people floating Sephiroth as a literal time traveler and while the possibility occurred to me I didn’t necessarily interpret it that way in the end.

I kind of always expected them to us the Compendium as a broad outline or rough draft. It’s my hope they’re liberal about rewriting and editing it into something resembling coherent. I’d prefer they not feel beholden the originals, especially after making a game that is essentially a proof of concept for improving on

Personally, I hope this isn’t an indication they’re going to try to fold all the lackluster compendium scenarios and characters into 7R going forward. I found Crisis Core absolutely joyless and it’s supposed to be the best of the side games.

That characters hair is looking a little I want to talk to the manager” on this side of 2021. :D

The older I get the more I find Barret the most compelling FF7 character and it’s largely because of the parental balancing act woven into his character.

Just in to say Lucy Lawless is even cooler than I thought.

I have so many games I play through half-way. Something about the finality of finishing a game can be intimidating, especially after spending hours and hours in the world.

It’s fine so long as they don’t brand it Winnie-the-Pooh’s Hundred Acre Wood Spam and Oreo Sandwich.

Your article seems more like it begs the question of why Toriyama reuses the same designs over and over. Even the not-Gokus and not-Vegetas are Gokus and Vegetas. That always bugged me about Dragonball.

Narsche from FF6 and the Icicle Inn from FF7 are fond snow area memories.

I’m sorry you have to deal with a subset of fanatical idiots trying to pillory you for the even the slightest valid criticism.

You’ve taken a human’s soul! What a magnificent demon!”
