Never thought I’d defend Jeffrey Loria, but he actually only auctioned off the 2003 champs. 1997 was Wayne Huizenga, who threw a hissy fit when the city/state wouldn’t build him a new stadium.

I know LSU’s having a rough year, but demoting them to the Sun Belt Conference seems a bit harsh.
There was only one NFL season (1993) with two bye weeks for each team.
Dietl used to be a regular guest on “Imus in the Morning” in the early 1990s. Even by the standards of that show and that era, he was incredibly racist. I’m 90% sure I heard him drop the n-word at least once.
I really hope nobody misses Jeremy Barfield’s A+ twitter handle.
Am I the only one here old enough to remember this:
For some reason Seth Meyers had Portnoy on his show a few months ago. I love Seth but that was not a good segment.
For most of 2016 up until the election, Facebook kept suggesting I like some very weird pages. Some were extremely amateurish-looking pages supporting Trump (in retrospect, almost certainly Russian). Others were for what looked like conservative Catholic and Orthodox Christian pages. None of these were remotely…
That’s exactly why he won’t show up.
Stockton should have hung up his mike 10-15 years ago. Do the people hiring him even listen to the broadcasts? I remember watching an NFL game 5+ years ago where a team scored an apparent TD that was overturned by a penalty. Every player on both teams reacted, the home crowd booed, yet Dick didn’t notice.
You sure he had a bounty on Clinton? I thought it was on the R’s that impeached him?
Pence is awful, but in addition to not being a complete lunatic, his near-complete lack of charisma and association with 45* would make him a heavy underdog in the 2020 election.
And Summerlin, while a nice area, is miles away from anyplace 99% of the tourists might wander into.
I went to a 51s afternoon game this season, walking round-trip from my hotel on Fremont Street. It was one of the most depressing walks I’ve ever taken, and I’d never even think of making it after dark.
Welcome to the club. Woody Johnson ended my NFL fandom a few years ago.
An oldie but a goodie from my brother-in-law: “Why does (insert rapper’s name here) get to use the n-word while Paula Deen can’t?”
I’m definitely no fan of Barstool overall, but PMT is a great podcast. PFT Commenter is an American Hero.
Interesting read, thanks.
0% chance he gets elected without Facebook and its indifference to ethics.
Do you guys think 45 actually even knows the words to the “Star Spangled Banner?” I think he’s probably been to enough sporting events that he probably knows most of them but my wife insists he doesn’t.
