Fair point. However all of those bespoke items could have been done to any McLaren.

I wonder if the lack of progress on the P1 is because Freddy had a change of mind regarding the hybrid setup? The P1 is special due to the hybrid setup,  IMHO.

Does Tavarish ever sell his cars?  I don't think he has sold anything in 3+ years. 

It is not an Equinox, it is however sharing a platform with the Blazer EV, which is also expensive.

Trump “renegotiated” NAFTA back in 2017. It was essentially the exact same deal that was already in place but allowed him to claim victory.

My XC40 Recharge currently has a “Scheduled Maintenance Required” popping up even though my car is an EV and there are zero scheduled maintenances in the next 10k miles.  I’ll bring it in eventually to get cleared.

It would be an improvement, for sure.  The profile would still have that weirdness, though.

I think an even bigger problem than the price is the looks. The car just looks unfinished and I find it to be unattractive.

Yeah, that’s the stuff right there. Excellent choice even though it is not blue. Seriously fast car. Out of curiosity, how much EV range have you managed to squeeze out of it?  I’ve read several articles about it a few months ago and don’t recall the range.

I absolutely LOVE the Taycan. I only want EV CUVs but I can’t stop staring at every Taycan that I pass.

There are a lot of small-medium EVs SUVs for sale now, I just helped a friend buy one. They were sick of their Hyundai EV6. They shopped Honda Prologue, Chevy Blazer EV but ending up getting a smoking hot deal on a Chevy Equinox FWD RS Blue with red interior that stickered around 48k.
