Expensive cars have almost always been expensive to maintain. Pretty sure nothing has changed since you were young. If you want simple and reliable, buy a Toyota or Subaru.

That is a made-up hypothesis. It sounds very good and it makes sense, but it's not true.

As someone from Illinois, the first sentence of this post was extremely disturbing.

I agree with you mostly, but Samsung's polycarbonate has plenty of room for improvement. If they had used a slightly rubberized finish with a much thicker panel, it would have felt nicer. I have a GS4 and I just use a case anyway, so I'm glad they cheaped out on the back panel to make the overall phone thinner.

Not bad!

Have you guys tried it? Any first-hand impressions?

If you have to call your shit delicious, it most likely is not.

Actually, this type of rifle still has kickback. This has nothing to do specifically with "explosions" or anything. This is purely due to Newton's third law of motion.

While I agree with you that pink slime tastes much worse (although a lot of that could be attributed to the fact that it's usually frozen and lower quality meat to begin with), lab made meat could be just as healthy and natural if not more so. What makes you think that it's impossible to synthetically create a protein

If you need service from Verizon or AT&T, not buying on contract is usually a losing proposition. If you're willing to go with a prepaid carrier or T-Mobile, then it would pay off. But after having Sprint for a little while, I think Verizon service is worth the cost. And you'd be a fool not to subsidize your phone on

MY 2013 is not over and judging by this chart, average MPG takes a hit at the end of the year. So while I'm sure the MY2013 average will be higher than 2012, it might be lower than 24.7. I'm assuming it's because cars are discounted and people waste their money on inefficient cars.

yeah yeah, we've all seen spider-man.

To me and you it would be good marketing. To the average yuppie buying a $40k car, maybe it isn't.

UncleWalty, I'm not sure how much exposure you have had to the Japanese cars, but they are quite competitive to the German brands. They may not have the same feel and aren't quite up to same engineering feel as the Germans, but they also sell for 5-10% less than the German brands. This is also while selling lower

That's what's called an Infiniti G37 buddy. Most cars in this segment (high-powered sports sedans/coupes) are limited to about 155mph.

The Skyline is sold in the United States as the Infiniti G. You mean the GT-R? That is just sold as a Nissan.

Infiniti/Nissan makes the GT-R. The Nissan Skyline is sold as an Infiniti G35/G37 in the States. The new Lexus GS and IS are also true sports sedans.

Grow up.

No one listened to you. The font is just different.

I can just imagine the excitement of the Gizmodo "editors" as they see this handy chart. I come on Gizmodo every few days to see if it's any better but it just seems to be a gossip site for pseudo-technology news.
