I am being a smart arse. But on the other hand, you claimed that there was a real possibility of rape in a family friendly summer tentpole movie. One that's hoping above all else to enter the public consciousness alongside the Avengers. So I thought at least one of us better be smart.

I think Winter Soldier had better action, but Guardians definitely had better humor. They were both very entertaining and well worth the cost of a ticket (or more than one), but I think I left the theater feeling a little happier from GotG than TWS.

The fact is, for some reason, people were determined to hate Man of Steel long before anyone knew anything about it, and a huge amount of the hate it still gets comes from those very same people.
